For nearly 12 years, Tom Eggleston has been ministering at our parish by coordinating funerals, caring for the sick and homebound members, administering immigration assistance, working on the Parish Leadership Team, and collaborating with the St. Vincent de Paul team. Over the last six months, however, Tom has discerned that God is inviting him to begin a new adventure. He will be scaling back his hours at the parish to about 5 to 8 hours a week with fewer ministries which we continue to discern. He has accepted a new position at a parish in South Haven. Tom will still remain a parishioner here, so you may still see him around, but not as frequently. Tom will continue his work through the end of July 2023 and will begin his new limited hours and ministry here at St. Francis de Sales August 1, 2023. Let us give thanks for all that he has done and continues to do in our parish and pray for him during this transition.
Durante casi 12 años, Tom Eggleston ha estado ministrando en nuestra parroquia coordinando funerales, cuidando a los miembros enfermos y confinados en sus hogares, administrando asistencia de inmigración, trabajando en el Equipo de Liderazgo Parroquial y colaborando con el equipo de St. Vincent de Paul. Sin embargo, durante los últimos seis meses, Tom ha discernido que Dios lo está invitando a comenzar una nueva aventura.
