Kelly has been the organist for all three of the annual festivals in this series. She has the incredible gift of playing the organ in a way that the compels even the reluctant singer to join the song.

Next year, Kelly will observe her 25th anniversary as an editor at GIA Publications, Inc., a publisher of church music. Upon his retirement in 2005, she succeeded Robert Batastini as senior editor. She is one of the most gifted music editors in the entire music industry. She became the regular accompanist for the children’s choir in her parish church when in seventh grade, and has continued to be active in parish music ever since.

She is currently the organist at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, in Chicago’s East Lakeview Community. there she presides over an historic pipe organ built by the prestigious E. M. Skinner Organ Company in 1928, and a modern instrument built by Visser-Rowland Associates of Houston, TX, in 1987. Visit: http://www.mt-carmel.org/
